Abstract

ABSTRACT Respiratory epithelial adenomatoid hamartoma is a benign sinonasal pathology. It is seen quite rarely and often is localized in the posterior nasal cavity. Clinically, nasal polyps, antrochoanal polyps and inverted papillomas are of sinonasal diseases. In the differential diagnosis of these diseases, respiratory epithelial adenomatoid hamartoma evaluation is clinically important. Because of respiratory epithelial adenomatoid hamartoma lesions in patients, conservative local excision is sufficient. In this article we presented a respiratory epithelial adenomatoid hamartoma case localized in the posterior nasal cavity that is resected under endoscopy.
