Abstract

in our study 36 students of Faculty of Dental Surgery were given recombinant hepatitis B vaccine intramuscularly by 0-1-2-12 schedule. After one month of each vaccine dose, blood samples were taken and tested for protective antibody levels. After the first, second and third vaccine injections, the seroconversion rates were 36 %, 88 % and 100 %, respectively.

Özet

Çalışmamızda 36 Diş Hekimliği Fakültesi öğrencisine, 0-1-2-12 şe¬ması ile intramüsküler yoldan rekombinant hepatit B aşısı yapıldı. Her aşı dozundan bir ay sonra kan örneği alınarak koruyucu antikor dü¬zeyleri araştırıldı. Birinci, ikinci ve üçüncü aşıları takiben elde edilen serokonversiyon oranlan sırasıyla % 36, % 88 ve % 100 idi.
