Abstract

Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS) is a sydrome that occurs with different symptoms resulted from impression to plexsus brachialis, subclavian artery and vena in thoracic outlet. Generally it appears by more than one factors attached to congenital lesions. Here we want to represent an uncommon case with flat clavicle.
