Abstract
Objective: In this study, it was aimed to develop a scale for determining the consciousness of rational drug use among individuals over the age of 18. Method: A total of 402 individuals that is over 18 participated in this research. The research data is obtained from the 5 point Likert type trial scale with 22 items. Descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, independent groups t test were applied and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated. Results: The exploratory factor analysis results showed that the scale had a single factor structure and 3 component were composed of 15 items. This structure was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. It has been found that Cronbach alpha value of the scale is 0.83. Conclusison: It is concluded that the scale is a reliable and a valid tool for measuring the consciousness of the individulas rational drug use.
Özet
Amaç: Bu çalışmada 18 yaş üstü bireylerin akılcı ilaç kullanımı konusundaki farkındalıklarını belirlemeye yönelik bir ölçek geliştirmek amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Çalışmaya 18 yaş üstü 402 birey katılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında elde edilen veriler 22 maddelik 5’li Likert tipinde bir ölçek deneme formu kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler üzerinden betimsel istatistikler, açımlayıcı faktör analizi, doğrulayıcı faktör analizi, bağımsız gruplar t testi uygulanmış ve Cronbach alfa katsayısı hesaplanmıştır. Bulgular: Açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonuçları ölçeğin tek faktörlü 3 bileşenli bir yapı sergilediğini ve 15 maddeden oluştuğunu göstermiştir. Tek faktörlü üç bileşenli bu yapı doğrulayıcı faktör analiziyle de doğrulanmıştır. Ölçeğin alfa güvenirliği 0.83 olarak belirlenmiştir. Sonuç: Ölçeğin akılcı ilaç kullamını farkındalığını ölçmeye yönelik güvenilir ve geçerli bir ölçek olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
