Abstract

To make more reliable, time efficient and more accurate electromagnetic wave strength prediction a lot of propagation models have been introduced. These models are two kinds such as numerical and ray traced based. Accuracy and computation time of numerical models are higher. Unlike computation time of ray traced based models is less than numerical ones. The determination of all rays emanates from transmitter and end at the receiver is vital to calculate the relative path loss accurately. In this study, after a short brief about propagation model, ray tracing software is explained and comparisons are made.
