Abstract

Variations of the renal artery and vein are quite often, and its frequency is 25-40 %. The most common variation is more than one renal artery. Four and a greater number of feeding arteries of the kidney are extremely rare, seen on the left side more than the right side and the frequency is around 0.1 %. In our case, we present case in which partial nephrectomy was planned due to being 5 cm mass on right kidney and incidentally 3 hilar arteries, 1 superior polar and 1 inferior polar artery were determined during operation.

Özet

Renal arter ve venin varyasyonları oldukça sık olup %25-40 sıklıkta görülür. En sık görülen varyasyon, çok sayıda renal arter olmasıdır. Böbreğin dört ve daha fazla sayıda arterle beslenmesi oldukça nadir görülür sol tarafta sağ taraftan daha fazladır ve sıklığı yaklaşık % 0.1 civarındadır. Çalışmamızda sağ böbrekte 5 cm’lik kitle nedeniyle parsiyel nefrektomi planlanan ve operasyon sırasında rastlantısal 3 adet hiler renal arter, 1 adet süperior polar ve 1 adet inferior polar arter saptanan olgu sunulmaktadır.
