Abstract

In this study, 47 lung samples taken from lambs wiİh pneumonia were exeminated in the Erzurum Veterinary Control and Research Institute from 1993 to 1995. Bacteri were isolated from 82.98 % of total cases. P.haemolytica with a percentage 40.42 % took first place among isolated bacteria. Histopathologically pneumonias were clasified as fallows: Catharral prulent bronchopneumonia (38.46 %). Necrotic bronchop-neumonia (33.33 %). Atypical pneumonia (28.20 %) and Verminous pneumonia (2.56 %).

Özet

Bu çalışmada 1993-1995 yıllarında Erzurum Veteriner Kontrol ve Araştırma Enstitüsü Müdürlüğü teşhis laboratuvarlarına getirilen 47 adet pnömonili kuzu akciğeri incelendi. Olguların % 82,98' inde etken izole edildi. İzole edilen bakterilerden p. hemoyltica %40.42 oranı ile ilk sırada yer aldı. Histopatolojik olarak pnömoniler Kataral - prulent bronkopnömoni (%38.46), Apseli nekrotik bronkopnömoni (%33.33). Atipik pnömoni (28.20) ve Verminöz pnömoni (%2.56) olarak sınıflandırıldı.
