Özet

Spontan pnömomediastinum nadir görülen bir klinik durumdur. Çoğunlukla nadir semptom verir ve tanının ardından tedaviye ihtiyaç duymadan semptomlar geriler. Tanı hastanın kliniğine göre konmakla birlikte, bazı durumlarda tanı için ileri incelemelere gereksinim duyulmaktadır. Bu makalede kliniğimizde yatırılarak izlenen iki spontan pnömomediastinumlu hasta sunduk.
