Abstract
Endobronchial metastases (EBM) secondary to extrapulmonary solid malignant tumors are rare. Breast, colon and renal adenocarcinoma are the most frequent tumors associated with EBM. Our case was a 29 years old man. He had pulmonary and lymph node (supraclavicular, para-aortic, iliac) metastases at the time of initial diagnosis. Multiple tumoral lesions were identiŞed on his chest X-ray and thoracal CT. Bronchoscopy revealed an endobronchial tumor mimicking a carcinoma in the apical segment bronchus of the right upper lobe. Metastatic testicular embryonal cell carcinoma was diagnosed histologically. Ekstrapulmoner solid malign tümörlere ikincil endobronşiyal metastaz gelişimi nadirdir. En sık endobronşiyal metastaz geliştiren tümörler meme, kolon ve böbrek adenokarsinomlarıdır. Olgumuz, 29 yaşında erkek hasta. Tanı anında akciğer ve lenf bezi (supraklaviküler, paraaortik, iliak) metastazı vardı. Hastanın göğüs radyografisi ve toraks bilgisayarlı tomografisinde multipl tümöral lezyon saptandı. Bron - koskopisinde sağ üst lob apikal segment bronşunda bronkojenik kansere benzeyen endobronşiyal tümör görüldü. Histolojik olarak metastatik testis embriyonel karsinomu tanısı kondu. Sağ orşiektomi operasyonunu takiben kemoterapi uygulanan olgu tanı aldıktan 2 ay sonra yaşamını yitirdi.
