Abstract
In the evaluation of the structural production systems, the most important criteria for resource usage is the cost. Because of insufficient money resources of the country; our importance of the money resource usage to supply inputs used for a building construction it is necessary to know the cost of construction primarily and properly. In this research, index method which is one of the final level estimation methods is examined and cost of a reinforced concrete construction is analysed.
Özet
Yapı üretim sistemlerinin değerlendirilmesinde, kaynak kullanımı bakımından dikkate alınan kriterlerden en önemlisi maliyettir. Parasal kaynakların kıt olduğu ülkemizde; bina yapımında kullanılacak girdilerin sağlanabilmesi için gerekli olan bu kaynağın kullanımının önemi; yapı maliyetinin önceden ve doğru bir şekilde bilinmesini gerektirmektedir. Bu araştırmada, yapı maliyetinin belirlenmesinde kullanılan son aşama tahmin yöntemlerinden, indeks yöntemi incelenmiş ve betonarme bir konutun maliyet analizi yapılmıştır.
