Tinnitus is the sensation of the sounds without any external auditory stimulus. Tinnitus is a symptom of different diseases, rather than an isolated pathology. A 32-year-old male patient was admitted to our clinic with a complaint of acute-onset and increasing pulsatile tinnitus. A high-flow arteriovenous fistula supplied by the left occipital artery and drained into the sigmoid sinus was detected. The lesion was treated by endovascular embolization. Otuz iki yaşında erkek hasta akut başlangıçlı ve giderek artan pulsatil tinnitus yakınması ile kliniğimize başvurdu. Sol oksipital arterden beslenen ve sigmoid sinüse drene olan yüksek akımlı arteriyovenöz fistül tespit edildi. Lezyon endovasküler embolizasyon ile tedavi edildi. Bu yazıda, akut olarak başlayan ve giderek artan tinnitusun tanı ve tedavisinde radyolojik incelemelerin özel önemi vurgulandı.
