Abstract
In this paper, we presented a 68-year-old female HIV-negative patient with Kaposi's sarcoma with cutaneous and laryngeal involvement. She presented with complaints of hemoptysis. Direct laryngoscopy showed a hemangioma-like lesion in the aryepiglottic fold. The mass was excised by direct laryngoscopy under general anesthesia. Histopathologic diagnosis was Kaposi's sarcoma. No recurrences were detected during a follow-up for three years.

Bu çalışmada, kliniğimize hemoptizi şikayeti ile başvuran, cilt ve larenjeal tutulumu olan Kaposi sarkomlu 68 yaşında HIV-negatif bir kadın hasta sunulmuştur. Direkt larengoskopide ariepiglottik fold üzerinde hemanjioma benzer bir lezyon saptandı. Lezyon genel anestezi altında direkt larengoskopi ile çıkarıldı. Histopatolojik incelemede Kaposi sarkomu tanısı kondu. Hastanın üç yıl takibinde nüks saptanmadı.
