Abstract

Introduction: Fungal infections are usually opportunistic infections that emerge with immune compromised situations. They are superficial infections predisposed to debilitated states, diabetes mellitus, immune suppressant drug, intravenous or urinary catheter and concomitant antibiotics use. In this case report; we reported a bladder candidiasis case detected on diagnostic cystoscopy and confirmed with biopsy in a diabetic patient with urge incontinence complaint whose urine investigation and culture were negative.
