Abstract

Introduction: Testis dislocation after pelvic injury is rare. Frequently it is unilateral and happens after motorcycle accidents. 152 cases were reported till the year of 2001. Our aim is to emphasize that in emergency service conditions, testis dislocations could be overlooked and therefore physicians should be more careful in scrotal examination.

Özet

Pelvik yaralanma sonrası testis dislokasyonu nadirdir. Çoğunlukla tek taraflıdır ve motosiklet kazaları sonrasında görülmektedir. 2001 yılına kadar 152 olgu bildirilmiştir. Bu yazıdaki amacımız; teslis dislokasyonunun acil servis şartlarında gözden kaçabileceğini vurgulamak ve acil servis doktorlarının veya ürologların dikkatini skrotumun muayenesine çekmektir.
