Abstract

Introduction: Nephrogenic adenoma of ureter is extremely rare. In this abstract, we discuss a case of nephrogenic adenoma of the left ureter. Nephrogenic adenomas are rare benign tumors of urothelium. These lesions seem to be a consequence of metaplasia secondary to chronic irritation. Our patient was previously operated on the left side for renal and ureteral calculus.
