Abstract

Introduction: Synchronous bilateral germ cell testis tumor is a rare pathological condition. Treatment modalities of the disease are determined according to the presence of non-seminomatous component and stage of the tumor. In general bilateral inguinal orchiectomy provides efficient local treatment and determination of the pathology. However testis-sparing surgery could preserve testicular function in selected cases. Here we report a case of bilateral synchronous testis tumor with different histology.
