Abstract

Introduction: Foreign bodies in the bladder might cause lower urinary tract symptoms which is usually easy to diagnose. However, we might sometimes meet unexpected findings. We present endoscopical removal of a bladder sponge from a patient who underwent bilateral inguinal hernia repair 7 years ago.

Özet

Mesane içinde yabancı cisim varlığı alt üriner sistem semptomlarına (AÜSS) neden olmaktadır ve tanı koymak genellikle kolaydır. Ancak bazen tahmin edilemeyen durumlarla da karşılaşılmaktadır. 7 yıl önce iki taraflı ingüinal herni onarımı uygulanan olguda endoskopik yolla transüretral olarak spanç çıkartılmasını sunuyoruz.
