Otuz dokuz yaşındaki erkek hasta, sol alt boyun tarafındaki bıçak yaralanması ile başvurdu. Göğüs grafisinde sol hidropnömotoraks mevcuttu. Torasentez yapıldı ve analiz şilöz sıvıyı gösterdi. Hasta kapalı göğüs drenajı ve total parenteral beslenme ile konservatif olarak tedavi edildi.
