Abstract

This study analyzes trade mark loyalty, which is a subject treated with different point of views in various sectors and customer groups, in terms of determination of the factors that are important to the young people in respect to the different brands of mobile telephones that are considered to be among the durable consumption materials. In order to measure the loyalty of the students to the brands of mobile telephones, the study determined four factors which are thought to be affecting the brand loyalty: brand reputation, technical features of the mobile telephone, confidence in the brand and reliability of the manufacturing company in the eyes of the consumer. The model developed as a result of the regression analysis revealed that the confidence felt towards the brand inflicts positive effect on the variable of brand loyalty.
