26 years old married woman was admitted because of her conversive syncops and amnesia an agressive attacks. She was evaluated by her former doctors before and any organic cause was not found. During the intervievv, she complained about anxiety attacks. 26 yaşındaki evli bayan hasta, konversif bayılmaları ve anımsayamadığı saldırganlık atakları için baş vurmuştur. Organik etyoloji yönünden daha önce gittiği hekimlerce değerlendirilmiş ve organik etyoloji saptanmamıştır. Görüşme sırasında hasta, anksiyete belirtilerinden de yakmmıştır. Depresif mood da saptanmış ve psikofarmakolojik tedavi yanında psikoterapi önerilmesine karşın yalnız ilaç tedavisini kabul etmiştir. Depresif yakınmalarındaki belirgin düzelmeye karşın saldırganlık ataklarının yinelemesi üzerine tedavisinin! dördüncü ayında psikoterapi için başvur-muştur. Kendilik patolojisi olduğu düşünülen hasta temelinde, psikolojisinin analitik yönelimli bireysel psikoterapiye katkıları tartışılmıştır.
