Enfeksiyöz mononükleoz, sıklıkla okul öncesi dönemde hafif viral res-piratuar hastalık bulguları ile seyrederken, klasik klinik tablo sadece adölesan ve genç erişkinlerde görülür. Enfeksiyöz mononükleozda hemoliz ve hepatit neticesinde sarılık görülmesi sık olmayan bir bulgudur. Bu yazıda, klinik tablonun yanı sıra ikterik hepatit bulguları da saptanan 12 yaşındaki olguyu sunuyoruz.
