Abstract

In this case report; a baby who was born with 23 gestational weeks, 635 g birth weight and treated with laser photocoagulation due to retinopathy of prematurity at 32 postmenstrual weeks was presented. After laser treatment complications such as corneal edema, hyphema, vitreous hemorrhage, posterior synechiae and exudative retinal detachment were observed. Bevacizumab was injected intravitreally. After one week of the injection, the hemorrhage was resorbed and the retina reattached.
