Abstract

Subconjunctival haematoma is an organised blood collection under conjunctiva and usually does not affect visual function. In this paper, seventy-two years old woman with a subconjunctival haematoma in her right eye was presented. Her medical history did not reveal any predisposing factors. Haematoma drainage was performed using a 26 G needle on slit lamp as an outpatient procedure

Özet

Subkonjonktival hematom, konjonktiva altına biriken kanın organize olmasıdır ve genellikle görsel fonksiyonları etkilememektedir. Bu makalede yetmiş iki yaşında sağ gözünde subkonjonktival hematom izlenen olgu sunulmuştur. Tıbbi öyküsünde belirgin bir predispozan faktöre rastlanmamıştır. Hematom, poliklinik şartlarında, biyomikroskop eşliğinde 26 G iğne kullanılarak boşaltılmıştır
