Abstract

Immunosuppressive treatment carries the risk of serious infection and malignancy. In this report we aimed to share a seventy-fi ve years old man with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) treated with methotrexate and infl iximab that developed systemic tuberculosis (lung, testicular and eye), primary intraocular and intracranial lymphoma. The tuberculous uveitis and mass lesion of intraocular lymphoma may develop together which may mask the other.

Özet

İmmunsupresif tedavi ciddi enfeksiyon ve malignensi gelişmesi açısından risk taşımaktadır. Bu olgu sunumunda, Romatoid Artrit (RA) nedeniyle metotreksat ve infl iksimab tedavisi gören 75 yaşında erkek hastada ilerleyen süreçte akciğer, testis ve gözde gelişen sistemik tüberküloz, primer intraoküler ve intrakaraniyal lenfoma patolojileri paylaşılmaktadır. Tüberküloz üveiti ve intraoküler lenfoma kitlesi gözde birlikte gelişebilir ve bunlardan biri diğerini maskeleyebilir.
