Abstract

Confronted long segmenter (bar) annular calcification preventing healthy suturing during mitral valve replacement is troublesome and has high risk complications. In the literature, case spesific solutions are described, in stead of advising a standart technic. Here, we present a case operated to replace mitral valve in totally annular position 6 years ago using an autologous pericardial patch fixed to the atrio-ventricular walls.

Özet

Mitral kapak replasmanı sırasında karşılaşılan, sağlam sütürlerin konmasını engelleyecek şekilde uzun segmenter (bar) annuler kalsifikasyon sıkıntılıdır ve yüksek riskli komplikasyonları vardır. Literatürde standart bir teknik önerilmesinden ziyade olgulara özel üretilen çözümler anlatılmaktadır. Atrio-ventriküler duvarlara dikili otolog perikard yaması kullanılarak annuler pozisyonda 6 yıl önce mitral kapak replasmanı yapılmış bir olguyu bu yazıda sunuyoruz.
