Abstract

Hemangioma is a benign congenital tumor which rarely involves the heart. Lighting bulb sign which is demonstrated in our patient is a charactesitic finding of hemangioma with magnetic resonance imaging because of its hypervascular structure. In this report, apical hemangioma was interestingly mimicking myocardial infarction and apical ballooning syndrome.
