Abstract

Tne aim of the study was Jo determine the left ventricular systolic functions, assesed by invasive and noninvasive means, in the prediction of left ventricular end-diastolic pressure. In 109 patients with coronary artery disease groupped according to left ventricular ejection time (PEP/LVET) ratio was compared. The importance of the left ventricular ejection fraction to sign the left ventricular end-diastolic pressure was estimated. The same patients groupped according to the left ventricular end-diastolic pressure and mean PEP/LVET ratio was compared. The mean PEP/LVET ratio in either group that classified according to the left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular end-diastolic pressure were also compared. The importance of the PEP/LVET ratio to sign the left ventricular end-distolic pressure was estimated. We concluded that the myocardial systolic functions calculated with invasive and noninvasive methods may indicate left ventricular end-diastolic pressure.

Özet

Çalışma, sol ventrtkülün invaziv ve non-invaziv olarak tesbit edilen sistolik fonksiyonlarının sol ventrikül diyastol sonu basmanı göstermedeki önemini tesbit etmek amacıyla yapıldı. Anjiyografik ejeksiyon fraksiyonlarına göre gruplara ayrılmış 109 koroner arter hastasında, ortalama preejeksiyon periyodu/sol ventrikül ejeksiyon süresi (PEP/LVET) oranları hesaplandı ve gruplar arasında fark olup olmadığı kaydedildl Anjiyografik ejeksiyon fraksiyonunun sol ventrikül diyastol sonu basmanı göstermedeki önemi tesbit edildi. Aynı hastalar diyastol sonu basıncına göre gruplandırılarak ortalama PEP/LVET değerlerinin, diyastol sonu basıncına göre gruplandırılmış hastaların hangi grubuna benzediği tesbit edildi PEP/LVET oranının diyastol sonu basıncını göstermedeki önemi tesbit edildi. Sonuçda kalbin invaziv ve nontnvaziv yöntemlerle tesbit edilen sistolik fonksiyonlarının sol ventrikül diyastol sonu basıncını göstermede önemli olduğuna karar verildi
