Abstract

Syncope and near-syncope in patients with left bundle branch block is common clinical problem. These symptoms may be due to intermittent complete heart block. We report the case, 80 years old man, with syncope attacks and left bundle branch block. No underlying cause was found in the first evaluation. According to the findings of electrophysiologic testing, second 24-hours Holler monitoring was done. Holler monitoring demonstrated complete heart block at this time and permanent pacemaker was implanted to the patient.
