Abstract

emporary transvenous pacemaker is a lifesaving procedure in the conditions of sypmtomatic bradycardia not responding to atropine and complete atrioventricular block or Mobitz Type II block complicating with acute myocardial infarction. It is an emergency invasive procedure performed frequently at bedside and also in laboratory via venous access (etc.juguler, subclavian and femoral vein). A closely follow up is required after the procedure because of its probable complications. We presented electrocardiograms of a case caused by the lead settled at coronary sinus and its suggestion of a complication.
