Abstract

Myocardial bridge is defined as the intramural course of a major epicardial coronary artery, and mostly is confined to the left anterior descending coronary artery. Myocardial bridge can unusually be located at other coronary artery segments. Here we reported a patient with an unusually coronary bridge, a left circumflex coronary artery bridge, and coexisting with aterosclerotic coronary artery disease.

Özet

Kas bandı (KB), majör epikardiyal koroner arterlerin intramural seyri olarak tanımlanır. En sık sol ön inen (LAD) koroner arterde görülmekle birlikte nadiren diğer koroner arter segmentlerinde de KB'na rastlanabilir. Tıkayıcı koroner arter hastalığının eşlik ettiği, nadir bir lokalizasyon olan sirkumfleks arterde KB tespit ettiğimiz bir olguyu sunduk.
