Abstract

Spontenous coronary artery dissection is a rare clinical entity. It has a relatively high incidence in pregnancy or postpartum period. Sometimes it occurs in relation with atherosclerotic coronary artery disease. It usually involves a single coronary artery. However few cases of multi-vessel dissection have been reported. In this report, we describe a case of multivessel coronary artery dissection in a man with atherosclerosis.
