Abstract

Aortocoronary dissections are rarely seen complications during percutaneous coronary interventions. Coronary dissections are the trigerring factor in the occuring of aortocoronary dissections. The dissections in the coronary artery may extend valsalva sinus and ascending aorta as well progressively. In this article we present and discuss a 54 year old male whom performed percutaneous coronary intervention with acute inferior myocardial infarction because of spontaneous coronary dissection which extended to valsalva sinus and treating this complication with primary stenting and 6 month follow up results.

Özet

Aortokoroner diseksiyonlar perkütan koroner girişimler sırasında nadir görülen komplikasyonlardandır. Aortokoroner diseksiyonların oluşumunda tetiği çeken nokta koroner diseksiyondur. Koroner arterdeki diseksiyon progresif olarak valsalva sinüse hatta asendan aortaya yayılabilmektedir. Bu yazıda spontan koroner diseksiyon nedeniyle akut inferiyor miyokard infarktüsü geçiren 54 yaşında erkek hastaya yapılan perkütan koroner girişim sırasında valsalva sinüse yayılan diseksiyon, bu komplikasyonun primer stent uygulaması ile tedavisi ve 6 aylık takip sonuçları tartışılmıştır.
