Abstract

Coronary artery fistulas are rare conditions in which there is direct communication between a coronary artery and a cardiac chamber or vessel around the heart. Indeed, bilateral fistulas draining into pulmonary arteries are very rare. We hereby report the case of a 65-year-old female with bilateral multiple coronary fistulas draining into pulmonary arteries and describe our diagnostic approach together with the therapeutic decision process.
