Abstract

Coronary artery rupture is rare complication of percutaneous coronary intervention. Although many data are available about native coronary vessel rupture, there is no enough data about saphenous vein graft rupture and its management. In this report, it was presented a patient with 70-year-old male who had saphenous vein graft rupture during stent implantation was treated with prolonged balloon inflation and heparine neutralization successfully.

Özet

Koroner arter rüptürü perkütan koroner girişimlerin nadir komplikasyonlarındandır. Literatürde nativ koroner damar rüptürü konusunda veriler mevcut iken, safen ven greft rüptürü ve tedavi yaklaşımı konusunda yeterli bilgi yoktur. Bu yazıda 70 yaşında erkek hastada safen ven greftine perkütan stent uygulanması sırasında oluşan tip 2 rüptürün uzamış balon şişirme ve heparin nötralizasyonu ile başarılı tedavisi sunulmuştur.
