Abstract

Anomalous left coronary artery arising from pulmonary artery (ALCAPA) is an extremely rare anomaly and patients surviving to adult- hood are even more infrequent. Diagnosis of this entity is very critical for long term survival of the patients due to high mortality. We described a 22-year-old male patient with ALCAPA who has angina and dyspnea during competition.
