Abstract

Electrocardiography (ECG) is very important tool in diagnosis of myocardial infarction. It provides quite helpful information in determining the occluded coronary artery. Although ST-segment elevation in precordial ECG leads is characteristic for anterior left ventricular infarction, it may also be observed in proximal right coronary occlusion. We aimed to present a case of right ventricular branch occlusion mimicking anteroseptal myocardial infarction.
