Abstract

Bonzai, a synthetic cannabinoid derivative, is increasingly in use and has serious cardiovascular advers effects. The use of this pleasur- able substance in our country is increasing. The mechanism of full effect is not completely understood. In this case report we presented a twentysix-year-old male patient who devaloped acute myocardial infarction one month after bonzai use.

Özet

Sentetik bir kannabinoid türevi olan bonzainin kullanımı gittikçe artmakta ve ciddi kardiyovasküler yan etkileri bulunmaktadır. Bu keyif verici maddenin ülkemizde kullanımı artmaktadır. Etki mekanizması tam olarak anlaşılamamıştır. Bu yazıda yirmialtı yaşında bonzai kul- lanan ve son doz alımından bir ay sonra akut miyokard enfarktüsü ile başvuran erkek hasta sunulmuştur.
