Abstract

A long left main coronary artery is usually seen coincidentally. We report a case of the newest longest ectopic long left main coronary artery in a 47-year-old man with chest pain. A long left main coronary artery was measured to be 62-63 mm long in coronary angiography and 60.8 mm in coronary computed tomography.

Özet

Uzun sol ana koroner arter genellikle tesadüfen görülür. Göğüs ağrısı olan 47 yaşındaki erkek olgumuzda, literatürdeki en yeni ve uzun ektopik uzun sol ana koroner arteri sunuyoruz. Uzun sol ana koroner arter , koroner anjiyografide 62-63 mm, koroner bilgisayarlı tomografide 60,8 mm olarak ölçüldü.
