Abstract

Early repolarization is a clinical condition characterized by concave ST segment elevation which may be diffuse or localized in the electrocardiography, which is usually associated with Ventricular arrhythmia in an athlete population. That phenomeon could get involved with acute coronary syndrome, therefore some patients coming with complaints that equivalent of angina pectoris who has early repolarization pattern and coronary artery disease risk factors can be subjected to invasive coronary angiography. The aim of this case report is to better identify the specific diagnostic findings of early repolarization, to contribute to the emphasization of important electrocardiography, laboratory and imaging methods that can be used in differentiate from actue coronary syndrome and acute pericarditis.
