Abstract

Obstructive sleep apnea ayndrome is a disease which characterized by upper respiratory tract obstruction attacks during sleeping, causes hypoxia. But it is not only a sleep problem but also a clinical syndrome closely related to cardiovascular diseases. It’s known that obstructive sleep apnea ayndrome is associated with some chronic cardiovascular morbid conditions such as hypertension, heart failure and endothelial dysfunction. In this review we presented association between obstructive sleep apnea ayndrome and endothelial dysfunction.
