Abstract
Three cases of nanophthalmos which were followed and treated in our clinic were discussed on the basis of diagnostic criteria, treatment modalities and the importance of early diagnosis. Genetic transmission was autosomal dominant. Two cases were performed prophylactic Nd: YAG laser iridotomy.

Kliniğimizde nanoftalmus tanısı konarak takip ve tedavi edilen üç olgu tanı kriterleri, tedavi seçenekleri, komplikasyonlar ve erken tanının önemi açısından irdelendi. Olguların genetik geçiş şekli otozomal dominanttı. İki olguya profilaktik Nd:YAG lazer iridotomi uyguladı.
