Abstract

Multiple primary cysts of ciliary body can cause angle closure. The lesions of ciliary body can not be detected by standart methods of slit-lamp biomicroscopy, gonioscopy, and B-scan ultrasonography. Ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) can identify cystic lesions of the ciliary body reliably. The purpose of this report is to describe the clinical findings and UBM results of two cases with angle-closure caused by multipl bilateral primary ciliary body cysts.
