Abstract

Cutaneous horn is a keratinized, conically projected skin disorder in various sizes that frequently seen in clinical practice. The important thing is not the clinical diagnosis but the pathological lesion that must be identified because this lesion might be benign, pre-malign or malign origin. In this article a squamous cell carcinoma originated in the cutaneous horn of a 75-year-old patient is presented.
