Abstract

Macular microhole, that has been described in patients with mildly reduced visual acuity, is a rarely diagnosed small reddish foveal lesion <150μm in size with distinctive boundary. Diagnosis of macular microhole can be confirmed and lesion localization can be illustrated with optical coherence tomography. In this study, the optical coherence tomography findings of a patient with macular microhole are presented.
