Abstract

TINU (Tubulointerstitial nephritis and uveitis) syndrome is a specific form of intraocular inflammation (uveitis) combined with kidney disease that was first described by Dobrin et al. in 1975. The cause of disease is unknown. A hypersensitivity reaction to an infection or a med- ication is thought to trigger the disease. It is considered to be a rare disease and is still unfa- miliar to most ophthalmologists. It's mostly diagnosed by nephrologists. In this study, we aimed to present a patient with TINU syndrome with the lights of clinical features in the liter- ature.
