Abstract

Friedreich Ataxia was named by Nicolaus Friedre- ich at 1863. It is an autosomal recessive, inherited, progressive, neurodegenerative disorder. The pati- ents usually have progressive ataxia, weakness, loss of senses in the lower extremities, scoliosis and pes kavus deformity. Here we present, 13-year-old girl diagnosed with friedreich ataxia. By this case report we want to express the importance of physical exa- mination at the diagnose.
