Özet

Sistemik kapiler kaçak sendromu hemokonsantrasyon hipoalbüminemi ve ödemin eşlik ettiği plazmanın doku dışına kaçışına bağlı tekrarlayan hipovolemik şok atakları ile belirgin bir tablodur Burada plevral sıvı ve yaygın ödemin eşlik ettiği hipovolemik şok tablosunda başvuran 12 yaşında bir kız olgu sunuldu Olgunun başlangıç tanısı septik şok olarak düşünüldü fakat ateşinin olmaması gösterilebilen bir organizma veya odağın bulunmaması nedeniyle son tanı sistemik kapiler kaçak sendromu olarak kabul edildi Biz bu olgu ile erken ve zamanında tanının ve yoğun sıvı tedavisinin önemini vurgulamak istedik Türk Ped Arş 2010; 45: 61 3 Anahtar kelimeler: Hemokonsantrasyon hipoalbüminemi hipovolemik şok
