Abstract

In this study, excavation works and reinforcement techniques undertaken according to rock mass classification in the 550-m-long T2 (Ayran) tunnel of Tarsus - Adana - Gaziantep (TAG) motorway near Bahçe (Osmaniye) have been investigated. Based on NATM, Class III, Class IV and Portal Class type rocks have been encountered in the tunnel which was excavated by the drilling and blasting method. 4.880 $m^3$ of shotcrete, 5.737 pieces of (24.194 m) rockbolts with different sizes, 80.400 kg of wiremesh, 76.000 kg of steel arch, 49.000 kg of roof ties and 1.259 tons of cement injection were used for reinforcement of the tunnels excavated as the right and left tubes separately, producing a total of 132.487 $m^3$ waste material.

Özet

Bu çalışmada, Tarsus Ayrımı - Adana - Gaziantep Otoyolu'nun Bahçe (Osmaniye) yöresinde bulunan 550 metre uzunluğundaki T2 (Ayran) tünelinde, kaya kütlesi sınıflarına bağlı olarak yapılan kazı çalışmaları ve sağlamlaştırma yöntemleri incelenmiştir. Kazı işlemi delme-patlatma yöntemi ile gerçekleştirilen tünelin güzergahı boyunca Yeni Avusturya Tünel Açma Sistemine göre Sınıf III, Sınıf IV ve Portal Sınıfı kaya kütlelerine rastlanmıştır. Sağ geçit ve sol geçit olarak ayrı ayrı kazılan tünellerden toplam 132.487 $m^3$ pasa çıkartılırken, tünellerin sağlamlaştırılması ve tahkimatı amacı ile 4.880 $m^3$ püskürtme beton, farklı boylarda 5.737 adet (24.194 m) kaya saplaması, 80.400 kg çelik hasır, 76.000 kg kavisli çelik bağ, 49.000 kg tavan bağı ve 1.259 ton çimento enjeksiyonu kullanılmıştır.
