Abstract

Seventeen year old female patient, was examined in our hospital with the symptom of left anterior chest pain radiating to the left shoulder. Chest radiogram revealed lesions on costo-chondral regions of bilateral costae which are expansile, with peripheral sclerotic rims, radiolucent and containing litic and punctate calcification areas. Her hand and hip bones also showed similar lesions. Laboratory test results were normal. This case is presented as Ollier's disease, because she has bilateral diffuse costal involvement, without hemangioma, that is different from classical enchondromatosis
