Sub-internal limiting membrane (sub-ILM) hemorrhage caused by various etiologies may result in severe visual loss. In this case report, a patient with sub-internal limiting membrane hemorrhage caused by anemia that was refractory to treatment, and treated with pars plana vitrectomy was reported. Visual rehabilitation was provided as a result of treatment without any complication.
Özet
Farklı etiyolojilere bağlı oluşan iç limitan membran altı hemorajiler şiddetli görme kaybına neden olabilmektedir. Bu olgu sunumunda anemiye bağlı iç limitan membran hemorajisi olan ve anemi tedavisine yanıt vermeyen hastada pars plana vitrektomi ile tedavi uygulandı. Hastada tedavi sonucunda komplikasyon olmadan görme rehabilitasyonu sağlandı.
